These models feature a vortex for heavy solids removal, a bio filter stage for metabolizing dissolved organics, and superior water polishing. The water is under pressure through the bead filter system. The HydroBead™ Vortex bead filter's unique design and media thoroughly backwashes with less water and without the need for air blowers.
