MuckAway Pond Muck Reducer is a special blend of highly concentrated beneficial bacteria designed to go to work quickly on contact with the muck. The bacteria is pressed into easy to use tablets that sink to the bottom of the pond. With regular use, up to 5″ of muck can be dissolved per year.
MuckAway tablets digest accumulated organic debris, also known as pond muck, that resides at the bottom of your pond or lake. Upon application, the tablets sink below the surface of the water releasing a specialized blend of heterotrophic bacteria, which instantly begin digesting muck, improving water clarity and eliminating noxious odors.
