HydroClear™ Spring Pond Starter contains liquid activated barley straw extract and a proprietary blend of powerful, highly concentrated bacteria. Containing billions of bacteria per gram that produce specific enzymes that metabolize contaminants in all types of manmade ponds and pondless water features.

HydroClear™ Spring Pond Starter is recommended for use during spring season - typically from February though June, or any other time when water isn’t clear and healthy. The bacteria and enzymes go to work breaking down leaves and other debris that accumulates in the pond throughout the winter months.

Powerful Ingredients:
Liquid barley straw extract and a proprietary blend of highly concentrated Bacillus subtilis, B. licheniformis, B. amyloliquefaceans, B. megaterium, and B. pumilus. The bacteria produce a wide variety of enzymes including: Protease, Amylase, Ligninase, Lipase, Esterase, Cellulase, Zylanase, and Urease.

Use when pond water is 40° or higher. Start out with the startup dosage, then as water clears, lower the dosage to maintenance levels.  Use weekly until water starts to clear, then use bi-weekly to maintain clean, clear, healthy pond water.
